Imagery Analysis (Senior)

We are seeking a motivated SENIOR IMAGERY ANALYST. We are looking for support in evaluating the visual quality of imagery for new systems and to quantify the changes in product quality of existing products due to system changes. Candidates will need to work on various sensors (PAN IR MSI SAR FMV etc.) and products. Thorough knowledge and experience in imagery exploitation artifact/anomaly identification orders of battle (OBs) and quality scales (NIIRS) are beneficial to the position. The ideal candidate will possess qualities including thoroughness attention to detail interest in learning verification and validation testing excellent written and verbal communication skills and initiative. This position is critical to supporting exploitation operations by improving the quality and functionality of imagery systems used by our customer.

Required Experience:

• Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.
• 10 years Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level.
• Bachelors degree or higher in related technical or scientific fields such as engineering physics mathematics operations research GIS engineering management Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems or related STEM degree program; an additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Attended either an Imagery Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or DoD equivalent
• Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities
• Knowledge of RemoteView IEC SOCET GXP and other imagery display software and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations spreadsheets word processing
• Understanding and application of image quality standards (e.g. NIIRS) scales metrics and image quality equations.
• Knowledge of NSG tasking collection processing exploitation and dissemination (TCPED) image chain
• Knowledge of sensor imaging systems products and exploitation processes
• Knowledge of the intelligence collection process
• Clear written and verbal communication while working within a team and directly with customers
• Project leadership experience
• Willingness to learn solve problems and perform in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Skillset:

• Trainer or image analysis course developer experience
• Coding/Scripting knowledge
• Data tasking and collection experience using NSG systems
• Photogrammetry skills or experience with MSP
