Your future team

We are building a dedicated team of Program Officers who together with our new Programme Director will drive our Business Transformation Programme to support ROCKWOOLs strategic initiatives enabled by modern advanced technology with business process automation and AI.

As part of the Programme Management Team you are expected to help drive the establishment of the Programme Management Office where you will have your own area of responsibility as well as being part of a dynamic and engaging team. You will be in close collaboration with Management across all our locations our Digital department and of course with all the Programme members for various areas of the global ROCKWOOL organisation.

Work location will be in Hedehusene in Denmark or Poznan in Poland. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the overall scope for the entire Programme as well as establish a solid governance for all changes to the scope. You will work closely with the business owners from the Business Process and Master Data organisations to establish the relevant scope and requirements for the entire Programme. In addition you will be responsible for risk management:

Scope Management

  • Establish and manage the Programme scope together with all stakeholders from the business and from Digital architecture

Change management governance

  • Establish a Programme change management process and ensure its governance across all workstreams/delivery projects
  • Ensure proper documentation of consequences of changes with regards to time budget resources and quality

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with all Programme stakeholders at all levels in order to maintain the scope overview
  • Maintain effective communication and build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Establish key requirements for the Programme in order to facilitate RFI and RFP processes both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Align with Business Process Owners and Digital Architecture with regards to key requirements

Risk Management

  • Experienced risk management of large global transformations
  • Solid understanding of risks both from a business and a technology perspective
  • Stakeholder management with a focus on critical risk and their timely mitigation

What you bring

Overall this large Programme is so vital for us that we will be directing our attention to candidates with extensive experience in managing similar projects of the same weight and scope.

You:

  • Hold a degree in Business Management Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related
  • Hold a certification of Program Management.
  • Have experience with requirements establishment combined with good technical flair
  • Are a strong manager of the scope with focus on essential changes
  • Have deep risk management knowledge
  • Are highly proficient in English both written and spoken
