What Youll Do
- Be the go-to expert for resolving complex business-critical end user issues
- Develop a deep knowledge of software finance systems vehicle data and integrations to troubleshoot and innovate
- Lead a team on queue management root-cause analysis platform and process optimisation as well as feedback to delivery team via metrics.
- Mentor and support the development of other team members
- Engage directly with clients and 3rd parties to enhance the customer experience and reduce support demand
What You Bring
- Proven experience in technical support ideally in SaaS finance or automotive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills youre confident digging into code-level issues
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Solid grasp of vehicle finance and integration systems
- Familiarity with tools like ticketing platforms CRMs and debugging tools
- Experience of mentoring or coaching in a collaborative team environment
