Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Are you passionate about turning numbers into strategy Were looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to help drive smarter business decisions through robust financial insights forecasting and planning. If you thrive on analysing data creating financial models and influencing business direction this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support key strategic initiatives.
- Dive deep into financial and operational data to identify trends explain variances and offer actionable insights.
- Build and enhance complex financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions.
- Deliver high-impact reports dashboards and presentations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate across departments to align financial forecasts with business goals.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes for greater speed and accuracy.
- Perform profitability analysis ROI evaluations and cost control assessments.
- Support investment decisions with financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies reporting standards and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting quality.
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
- Strong command of financial modelling and analysis tools (Excel Power BI Tableau).
- Advanced analytical skills with a knack for turning data into clear insights.
- Comfortable working independently or collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
- Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools.
- A track record of improving or automating financial processes.
