Job Description

Our Perth R&I group are seeking a Lawyer with between 2-5 years experience to join their busy high-performing and collaborative team. In this role you will primarily work for our Partner Cameron Belyea who is engaged on major ongoing restructures and strategic advisory roles in Western Australia for borrower/reference entities financiers noteholders other credit originator or major stakeholders.
This role presents a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their practice and technical skills while learning from leading lawyers in Restructuring and Insolvency Law.
Were looking for a resilient self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 2 years post admission experience within a commercial litigation or restructuring and insolvency practice.
- Strong drafting experience with court documents affidavits briefs observations and liquidation examinations would be highly preferable.
- A strong client service focus and work ethic.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and maintain a positive team environment.
The Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group
