What youll be doing in this role
San Day Surgery is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic professional to join our administration team where you will undertake a blend of reception and office administration duties. This diverse role involves greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. You will manage incoming phone inquiries and emails coordinate appointments and meetings prepare and distribute reports and assist with billing and invoicing. Additionally you will maintain client files including data entry of client details fund checks and retrieval of client files and reports.
Our administration team operates in shifts with two administrators on duty at any given time. The available shifts are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. At San Day Surgery you will be part of a close-knit team that values respect collaboration and excellent patient outcomes.
