Job Description
Job Summary:The Parts Assistant position is vital to the ongoing operations of the parts department. This job requires a lot of attention to detail but also moving at a fast pace to keep the flow of all fixed operations running position is a part time (25-30 hours a week) and will often include job involves entering data into our systems aligning with the incoming and outgoing parts. This person is responsible for shelf stock shipment preparation and keeping aneat parts storage area.

Responsibilities:
- Ship/Receive parts from othervendors
- Deliver orders from other vendors to our Service Techs
- Stock shelves
- Organize incoming and outgoing orders
- Answer Phones
- Ordering parts from other vendors
- Keep department clean
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Vast Organizational Skills
- Mathematically Inclined
- Strong Communication
- Results Driven
- Customer Service Skills
- Maintain Company Standards When Representing Humboldt Ford
- Physically able to lift and move 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
