Senior Procurement Analyst - P8

Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join our P-8 team in Tukwila WA. Our Procurement Analyst will use their expertise to support supply chain activities at the Boeing Company.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Integrator to join our P-8 Poseidon Supply Chain organization. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Organizational Support:Facilitate the organization and coordination of the supply chain teams activities ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Operating Rhythm Development:Establish and maintain a structured operating rhythm that promotes effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the program management team to synchronize deliverables and prepare for leadership reviews. Work in partnership with manufacturing and supply chain teams to streamline deliverables and respond to data requests efficiently.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and integrate comprehensive plans strategies and processes aimed at achieving business goals and enhancing supply chain performance.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize supply chain operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms conditions and special clauses and agreements.
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
  • Communicates strategic initiatives projects or procurement activities.
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills
  • Extensive data manipulation and analysis experience
  • 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes.
  • Experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5 years of experience leading projects as either a Project Manager or Integrator Role

This position is for 1st shift.
