For our client we are currently looking for an experiencedPayroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in payroll processing knowledge of local labor law and the ability to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

For our client we are currently looking for an experiencedPayroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in payroll processing knowledge of local labor law and the ability to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for full-time employees and contractors (including bonuses allowances deductions sick leaves absences);
- Timely and accurate calculation of all mandatory deductions in line with legal requirements;
- Ongoing maintenance and updates of payroll data in the Enova system;
- Preparation and submission of declarations to ZUS PIT PFRON and PPK;
- Generating payroll reports and summaries;
- Support with employee registration/de-registration in social insurance systems;
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and business partners;
- Preparation of documentation for audits and inspections (ZUS PIP Tax Office);
- Monitoring and implementing changes in labor law social insurance and tax regulations;
- Participation in payroll process optimization and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll calculation;
- Understanding of payroll systems and data flow (experience with Enova is a plus);
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and deadlines;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and deliver consistent results;
- Solid communication skills in English both written and spoken;
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and propose solutions;
- Interest in continuous development within the payroll and HR domain.
Nice to have:
- Experience in working in shared services or multinational environments;
- Familiarity with audit preparation and external inspections.
