Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Kananaskis Alberta
Type: Permanent Full-Time (IN BRANCH NOT REMOTE)
We are currently conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of Canadas leading brokerages for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Kananaskis Alberta.

What Youll Do:
Support Personal Lines Account Executives in managing client relationships
Deliver prompt professional service to clientsadvising explaining coverage and addressing concerns
Process all incoming personal insurance documentation
Prepare and revise quotes renewals and updates to personal client files
Handle applications issue certificates and follow up on client documentation
Process endorsements invoices and assist with payment follow-ups
Liaise with insurersnegotiate renewals follow up with underwriters and adjusters
Obtain and submit information requested by underwriters
Respond to billing inquiries and client questions
What You Bring:
High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
25 years experience in an office or insurance environment
Personal insurance experience is strongly preferred
Level 2 General Insurance License (or working toward it)
Experience with Epic or similar broker management systems is an asset
Strong communication organization and multi-tasking skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Sales experience is an asset but not required
