This role is a 12-month max-term opportunity.
Whats the role
Were looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Partner working closely with senior leaders to deliver key people initiatives across transformation culture engagement reward inclusion & diversity and organisational change. Reporting to the Head of HRBP this role offers the chance to lead impactful large-scale change while being deeply embedded in the business. Youll be supported by our centres of excellence and collaborate with leaders at all levels to drive meaningful outcomes.

- Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex environments.
- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills with a commercial edge.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change and organisational structure design.

- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence at all levels.
