Job Description:
Reporting to the Maritime Sector Business Development Executive this role will optimize our Business Development operations across Maritime Sector. It will include driving the execution of growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives that directly contribute to top-line revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every aspect of our Business Development operation supports long-term profitable growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align our go-to-market efforts with corporate priorities.
- Lead and evolve strategic functions including market and competitive intelligence price-to-win analysis CRM business intelligence and pipeline reviews.
- Oversee capture and proposal operations to ensure we pursue and win the right opportunities.
- Develop and manage our global tradeshow strategy to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Lead and manage Sector Gate Review process.
- Manage Sector DS and B&P budgets.
- Drive the execution of growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a business or technical field from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of experience in leading business development operations within the defense industry.
- Expertise and prior experience in business development and pursuit capture processes.
- Ability to obtain DOD Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
- Experience with market and competitive intelligence CRM systems business intelligence and pipeline management.
- Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
