LPN Resident Care Coordinator
Seniors Care Long-term Care Home
Location: Vancouver Lower Mainland BC
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Salary: $38 46.39/hour

Join a dynamic team as the Resident Care Coordinator LPN and be the catalyst for quality person-centered care!
In this pivotal role youll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing practice clinical consultation and geriatric services.
Guided by the solid mission and values of the organization youll work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve excellence in resident care.
As the Resident Care Coordinator LPN youll be a clinical leader where youll audit educate and coach our dedicated care team fostering a learning environment that strives for best practices.
Your problem-solving skills and keen eye for quality will make you an invaluable asset ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and promoting a safe nurturing environment.
If you possess 3-5 years of long-term care experience a passion for gerontology and the drive to make a difference we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse LPN with 3 to 5 years leadership experience preferably within a Geriatric Long-term Care Home
- Must be eligible for registration as LPN Licensed Practical Nurse with BCCNM
