Salary: Competitive Salary Plus Benefits (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
The London Independent Hospital in Stepney Green is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country
We have an opportunity for a Executive Director to join their team of staff.
This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
Develop and lead the hospitals annual strategic and operational plan ensuring alignment with the wider organisational goals and CHGs purpose and values.
Act as the hospitals Registered Manager ensuring full compliance with all regulatory legal and governance standards.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring safe responsive and well-led services supported by data-driven planning and decision-making.
Ensure that the safety and quality of patient care are embedded in all decisions processes and activities across the hospital.
Champion continuous improvement and learning using internal quality indicators audits and patient feedback to drive high performance.
Oversee compliance with CQC (or equivalent) requirements and lead the response to regulatory inspections and reviews.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in a senior leadership position within a healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of clinical governance regulatory compliance and healthcare standards (e.g. CQC).
Degree level education/ post-graduate qualifications or equivalent
Demonstrated track record in leading teams driving improvement and delivering financial and operational targets.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
