Do you have the sales experience industry knowledge and customer relationships to help establish Amazon Ads as a leading Ad Tech platform

Key job responsibilities
In this role Ad Tech Sales Managers are subject matter experts of multiple products within the Amazon Ad Tech Suite. They focus on accelerating tech feature activation and usage - which improve campaign planning activation and measurement - as an enabler to drive media growth and tech revenue fueled by our ad tech flywheel. The Ad Tech Sales Manager role involves selling features products or an entire suite of products to optimize the advertising process. Examples include Amazon Marketing Cloud Amazon DSP APIs and AWS components. They remain customer obsessed by collaborating with other internal Advertising and AWS sales teams to develop strategic customer plans to grow programmatic media investment through adoption of Amazons entire ad tech suite. They possess a deep understanding of the ad tech / marketing technology industry and regulations to advise which products and features within Amazons ad tech stack best address each customers main needs and challenges. For example an Ad Tech Account Executive communicates to customers the benefits of investing in Amazon Marketing Cloud including insights of their core customer creating durability in measurement with industry shifts in identity or developing custom models to evaluate the lifetime value of customers. Ad Tech Account Executives play a strategic role in the overall growth of the Amazon Ads business.
Within the Adapt Team this role represents a new approach to AdTech sales where agility meets strategic impact. As part of our innovative coverage model youll simultaneously drive multiple strategic AdTech initiatives across various teams ensuring business momentum and growth never stops. This dynamic position offers unique exposure to diverse AdTech opportunities while maintaining deep continuous client relationships. The role requires travel up to 50% of the time to support our European markets and partners.

About the team
Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave (parental medical) and unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service strategic partnership and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps. This is a permanent position

- 5 years of B2B sales experience
- 7 years of digital media ad sales experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation
- Business Fluency in English and German are required

- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue
