What Youll Do
Are you ready to support one of Europes top car rental companies
As a Customer Support Agent youll help customers before during and after their rental also known as:
BR Before Rental
DR During Rental
AR After Rental (includes handling invoices damages and complaints)
Youll work across phone email and messaging channels ensuring fast friendly and professional service every time!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support Customers - Deliver personalized service by phone email or chat.
- Answer Questions - Help customers with their rental reservations options and policies.
- Promote Services - Spot customer needs and recommend extra services to boost satisfaction.
- Multilingual Support - Communicate in English and French (C2).
What You Bring
- 1 Year Experience - In a contact center or customer service role (preferred).
- Sales Skills - Youre confident in offering and upselling services.
- Digital Know-How - Youre comfortable with online tools and platforms.
- Business Mindset - Able to spot opportunities and suggest valuable add-ons.
- People Skills - Youre great at communication empathy and resolving conflicts.
