Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1980 - $2088
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Provide direct patient care to MedSurg and Telemetry patients ensuring safety and quality outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions including vital signs cardiac rhythms and clinical status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient information nursing interventions and responses in the EMR (preferably Cerner).
- Educate patients and families on care plans medications and disease management.
- Respond promptly to patient changes and emergencies.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies procedures and standards of nursing practice.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience is necessary.
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license required.
- 2 years of specialty experience and documents travel experience.
- EMR experience preferred Cerner experience a plus but not required.
- BLS (required)
- NHISS (required before start)
- ACLS (preferred)
- WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)
