Job Title: Digital Marketing Enablement Specialist
Location: Remote offshore. Open to candidates from LATAM and South Africa.

We re looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Marketing Enablement Specialist to drive education engagement and adoption among our smaller client segment. While Account Managers focus on larger clients this role will ensure that smaller customers are empowered to succeed through scalable proactive support including webinars content and enablement materials.
You will be instrumental in helping clients become self-sufficient maximizing the impact of their digital marketing efforts using the company s marketing solutions platform.
Customer Enablement & Education
Plan host and continuously improve monthly interactive customer webinars focused on feature adoption and campaign strategies.
Deliver engaging educational content that inspires action and builds customer confidence in using the tools.
Content Creation
Develop and maintain high-quality enablement assets including:
Campaign templates
Short-form video tutorials (e.g. Loom Descript)
Use-case-specific playbooks (onboarding card activation re-engagement etc.
Feature and onboarding guides
Knowledge Management
Build manage and evolve the Knowledge Base or Customer Hub ensuring it is current accessible and valuable to customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Digital Marketing Consultants to curate and showcase customer success stories and top-performing campaigns.
Collaborate with product and customer success teams to translate field insights into scalable content.
Content Strategy & Optimization
Monitor usage and performance of enablement materials.
Identify gaps and iterate based on user feedback engagement data and product updates.
Scalable Operations
Help design and implement repeatable scalable enablement processes to support growing customer needs efficiently.
2 4 years experience in digital marketing customer education or content creation.
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools campaign planning and customer journeys.
Experience creating and delivering engaging content particularly videos and live webinars.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to translate complex features into simple actionable instructions.
Familiarity with tools like Loom Descript Notion Intercom or similar platforms.
Proactive self-starter mindset with a passion for customer success and education.
Experience in SaaS fintech or mobile marketing.
Background in instructional design or training.
Previous ownership of a customer-facing knowledge base or help center.
