AI Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Mindset and Leadership: Seeking a candidate with an architectural mindset who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be able to push back when something doesnt make sense and offer solutions or alternatives. Problem-solving: Identify what data is needed to solve problems and provide data-driven solutions. Technical Competence: While not strictly a hands-on technical role the candidate should have enough knowledge to contribute technically when required. They will guide data teams and data scientists.
Collaborative Leadership: The person will work with Salesforce admins who will do much of the heavy lifting but the architect will need to understand processes and offer guidance. Needs to approach and lead the solution development process with a clear strategy. Team and Governance: The position involves working with an AI governance committee and collaborating with senior leadership. The individual will work across two agile teams to manage and develop solutions.
Cultural Fit: Emotional Intelligence: Candidates must have a high level of emotional intelligence and strong leadership presence to manage stakeholders effectively. Personality Fit: The team is looking for someone who can engage well with senior leadership and also navigate interpersonal dynamics across different teams.
Required Skills : Salesforce Data Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly desirable especially for connecting dots within the platform and ensuring proper integration. Deep knowledge of data quality is essential as the data is currently disorganized. Experience with AWS/Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies and data cloud terminology is important. Process Understanding and Documentation: The person should be able to document processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders particularly for presenting options and decisions. Experience working Agile Pods Role Requirements: Salesforce Experience: Strong familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms is necessary. Leadership and Communication Skills: Confident leadership with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and present complex ideas clearly. Good presentation skills to engage and communicate with senior leadership on AI use cases.
