Job Description
Location: Cypress TX (Field-Based in Greater Houston Metroplex)
Type: Temporary (with opportunity to become permanent)
Hours: 15 20 hours/week
Compensation: $22 $26/hour Bonuses Mileage Reimbursement

About the Role
Were looking for a motivated detail-oriented Healthcare Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team on a temporary part-time basis with the potential to become permanent based on performance.
Youll play a key role in expanding Core Healthcare Staffings footprint across the Greater Houston Metro area - building brand visibility identifying new client opportunities and helping us get in front of healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify healthcare facilities (clinics senior living communities hospitals private practices) across the Greater Houston Metroplex

Conduct outreach via email phone and LinkedIn to introduce our services and schedule discovery calls

Track all outreach activity using a CRM or lead tracking sheet

Follow up with warm leads and maintain organized records

Drive to healthcare facilities (up to 60 miles from Cypress) to drop off marketing materials introduce services and build in-person rapport

Support the company owner with meeting prep weekly reporting and pipeline tracking
What Were Looking For
-
3 years of experience in healthcare staffing sales recruiting support or medical office coordination
-
Familiarity with the Houston healthcare market and surrounding communities (Cypress Katy Spring Sugar Land Pearland The Woodlands etc.)

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Organized proactive and highly reliable - able to work independently and stay on task

Comfortable using LinkedIn Google Sheets and CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
