Job Description
Full-time (40 h) as soon as possible permanent and based in Berlin or remotely in home office.
Were seeking an experienced German speaking project manager. As a Project Manager youll be the key link between our clients and internal teams. You will take ownership of planning executing and delivering SaaS projects while ensuring strong relationships with our customers and aligning internal efforts for successful outcomes.
Tasks
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our clients understand their needs and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery - from scoping and timeline planning to execution monitoring and final handover
- Strategy Development: Help shape project approaches and delivery strategies in collaboration with product tech and leadership teams
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively manage risks timelines scope and budgets to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Team Coordination: Work cross-functionally with developers designers product managers and other stakeholders to keep projects on track
Requirements
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Previous experience managing SaaS or software projects
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Structured and independent working style with a focus on client success
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Asana Trello or similar
- Ideally knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)
