Job Description
Your mission
Paid Social Campaigns
- Own and scale paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with full performance responsibility
- Launch and grow TikTok Ads ideally from scratch with lots of creative freedom
- Track and optimize performance KPIs including CPL CTR CVR and ROAS
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance across tools including GA4 Meta Ads Manager and other analytics platforms
- Deliver clear insights and reporting through weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure accurate tracking attribution and deeper analysis where needed
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop scroll-stopping visuals copy and landing pages
- Coordinate campaign plans with stakeholders internally with marketing and growth teams externally with agencies if needed
Experimentation & Growth
- Test new platforms and ad formats including LinkedIn Ads Pinterest Reddit or other emerging channels
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives copy audience setups and placements to continuously improve performance
- Stay on top of trends bringing in fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve
Your profile
- 2 years of experience in Meta Ads with a proven track record in performance marketing
- Experience with TikTok Ads is a strong plus or a clear willingness to take ownership of it
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking analytics and attribution including tools like GA4
- Nice to have: knowledge of Google Ads SEO or SQL not required but helpful
- Fluent English communication skills German is a plus
- Analytical structured and proactive with a hands-on mentality and ownership mindset
