Within the group Ormco is an orthodontics business currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
Tasks
What is your role going to look like
- Together with your team you will be supporting Dutch speaking market
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management- receiving monitoring and processing customer orders in Oracle (ERP)
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
Requirements
What will you bring
- Native level of Dutch and fluent level of English language (C1)
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Dental experience will be an advantage
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
