Overview
As an App Developer you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative applications for mobile and web platforms. Your creativity and technical expertise will directly impact the user experience and functionality of our products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop test and maintain high-quality mobile and web applications.
- Design intuitive user interface and user experience for applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Write clean scalable and efficient code following industry standards.
- Analyze and maintain existing applications for performance and usability.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues promptly.
- Integrate APIs and other third-party services into applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure app relevance.
- Implement user feedback into application updates and improvements.
- Optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
- Ensure applications align with security standards and best practices.
- Document development processes code changes and application functionalities.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an App Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Swift Java or Kotlin.
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and design guidelines.
- Familiarity with database management and API integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems preferably Git.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Passion for developing applications that enhance user experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated comfort with continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications specifically in Healthcare industry..
- Portfolio of released applications or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
