Job Description
Job Title: Sr Engineer/AM Civil & Construction Engineering
Location: Jamnagar Area (Bhogat) Gujarat
About Employer: One of the global players in the energy sector
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor WTG foundation activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
- Prepare and finalize the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per approved drawings.
- Oversee quality control and structural work ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure smooth of civil works.
- Supervise all site activities related to civil works like pipe culvert causeway boundary wall Fencing and switchyard foundation.
- Review and analyze hydrology reports for project feasibility.
- Ensure the implementation of QA/QC procedures quality control plans and work instructions.
- Monitor concrete quality to ensure compliance with approved mix designs.
- Conduct field quality inspections for civil and structural works.
- Perform and evaluate cube tests to assess concrete strength.
Desired Profile and Eligibility Criteria:
Engineering degree in Civil with 5 years of relevant experience in Wind Energy projects.
In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles practices and design standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams stakeholders and external partners.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices within the renewable energy sector is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Experience in higher-level coordination with senior management vendors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
