Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of human resources and marketing functions requiring a proactive individual who can manage HR processes while also driving marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition employee engagement branding and digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings sourcing candidates screening resumes scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage employee records attendance payroll coordination and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement activities training sessions and team-building events.
  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Marketing:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage social media accounts create engaging content and track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with designers content creators and agencies for marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team with promotional materials and campaign insights.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM email marketing and paid advertisements.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies HR software and employment laws.
  • Experience with social media marketing content creation and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office LinkedIn Canva and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
