Job Description
A leading global enterprise specializing in enterprise solutions digital transformation and domain expertise this organization is committed to redefining business processes with cutting-edge technology. As part of its ongoing expansion the company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Professional to join its dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to align with business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce FSC for process optimization.
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on utilizing Salesforce FSC ensuring seamless implementation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure deep understanding and hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud to support FSC implementation.
- Utilize Salesforce FSC Data Model standard validations and use cases to enhance business operations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI and Data Cloud to integrate with Salesforce solutions.
Skills Required:
- 6 years of overall Salesforce experience with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation.
- Strong understanding of the Financial Services Cloud Data Model including its standard validations and use cases.
- Proven ability to design and configure Salesforce FSC to meet business needs.
- Hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud is a must.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with AI & Data Cloud is an added advantage.
