We re seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support to join a forward-thinking accounting firm that s redefining how financial services support Hawaii s small business community. This isn t your traditional accounting firm we emphasize long-term partnerships modern tools and a people-first approach to customer service.
As the first point of contact for our clients you ll be essential in fostering strong relationships resolving inquiries with care and helping small businesses feel supported every step of the way. Your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish will ensure all clients receive exceptional service regardless of language preference.
Provide prompt professional and empathetic bilingual customer support via phone email and chat
Assist English and Spanish-speaking clients with service-related questions appointment scheduling and general account support
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns or route them to the appropriate team
Document all client communications accurately using our CRM system
Support new client onboarding by guiding them through initial steps and documentation in both languages
Maintain a deep understanding of our services to answer client questions effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes
Handle administrative tasks and assist with follow-ups as needed
Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
1 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in accounting financial services or other professional settings
Highly organized detail-oriented and responsive
Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (e.g. CRM systems communication platforms)
A proactive solutions-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about supporting small business owners and fostering strong client relationships
Experience working with accounting or bookkeeping firms
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Slack Airtable or scheduling platforms
Knowledge of Hawaii s local business environment or culture
