As a Customer Service Representative you will be on the front lines of this mission. You will connect with individuals across the country representing causes that make a real difference. If you are passionate about people purpose and strengthening communities this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for supporters partners and donors
- Share accurate information about our campaigns and partner organizations
- Resolve inquiries with empathy professionalism and a solutions-first approach
- Log interactions and feedback in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for advocacy nonprofit work or social impact
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A motivated adaptable and purpose-driven mindset
