Job Description:
A proactive highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant to support our external Quality Assurance Consultant in upholding regulatory compliance and service excellence within our home care operations. This remote role involves assisting with documentation reviews audit preparation compliance tracking and ongoing quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting the delivery of safe effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the QA Consultant to support quality audits inspections and reviews.
- Assist in reviewing care plans logs and incident reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Track follow-up actions from audits or internal reviews to ensure timely completion.
- Help maintain up-to-date records of policies procedures and training documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports and data for regulatory bodies
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement projects and policy updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in hospital home care or other care sector
- Previous experience in quality assurance healthcare administration or compliance (preferably in home care or health services) is a great advantage
- Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and excellent time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proficiently use digital tools such health or care management systems.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality protocols in healthcare.
