Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership
Oversee the recruitment process to align with client requirements ensuring the delivery of top-

Requirements
Skills and Experience
10 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 in a leadership role overseeing high-volume or multi-market teams.
Proven ability to build lead and coach high-performing recruitment teams with measurable outcomes across KPIs and SLAs.
Strong background in client-facing recruitment with a track record of managing expectations and delivering top-tier talent across multiple industries.
Skilled in designing and optimising recruitment processes including onboarding retention strategy and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic recruitment initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies ATS/CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making.
Confident presenter and brand ambassador comfortable speaking at events and contributing to thought leadership in the industry.
Deep understanding of cultural differences in global hiring with the ability to localise approaches for diverse markets.
Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency accountability and commercial awareness.
