This is a remote position.
Position Title: Civil Engineer SupportWork Set-up: Work From Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 PM 07:00 AM PH Time Zone (Night Shift)
Salary: Php 55000.00 Php 65000.00 gross salary package

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CIVIL ENGINEER SUPPORT
Your Responsibilities as a Civil Engineer Support will be:
Provide AutoCAD and Civil 3D technical support for water resources projects.
o Perform site design for erosion control stormwater water and wastewater design including Civil3D and AutoCAD.
o Provide AutoCAD and Civil 3D support for technical projects.
o Prepare Civil design drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D with minimum guidance and input using the editing and revising process.
o Assist in developing project hydrologic parameters and exhibit content using AutoCad and/or Civil 3D.
o Assist with field investigations where feasible.
Develop AutoCAD and Civil 3D Standard and Quality Processes.
o Develop written standard AutoCAD and Civil 3D processes to ensure consistency and streamlined operations.
o Train and provide technical support to Environmental and Engineering staff to improve productivity consistency and quality.
o Develop standard details.
o Perform reviews of client-supplied data to ensure sufficiency for project tasks.
Assist with Project Management
o Ensure assignments and deliverables meet project standards schedules and budget.
o Communicate with clients regularly.
o Prepare progress reports.
o Understand budgets and identify when scope/budget requests are needed and make recommendations.
Qualifications as a Civil Engineer Support:
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2-3 years experience in engineering and/or project manager
Certification or training in AutoCAD and Civil 3D including the development of standard details and quality processes is a plus.
Experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on water resources or site development projects.
Experience preparing civil design drawings with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling is an advantage.
Ability to create and revise site designs for stormwater erosion control and wastewater projects.
Strong understanding of civil site layout and grading design.
Competence in developing hydrologic parameters and graphical exhibits.
Experience with field investigations and data review processes.
Ability to manage tasks within scope schedule and budget.
Experience preparing progress reports and communicating effectively with clients.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Capacity to assist project managers with deliverables and project coordination.
Experience in drafting proposals for the firm
Knowledge of quality assurance and control processes.
Ability to work independently
Experience in drafting proposals and keen attention to detail.
Strong time management and analytical skills
Firm understanding of complex concepts
Ability to communicate technical insights in a clear and actionable manner.
