Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative you ll engage and qualify inbound leads convert marketing prospects into sales opportunities and re-engage dormant contacts all while managing data flows through CRM and sales tools to drive real measurable results for a global client base.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Macedonia Afternoon Shift)
Work Setup: Hybrid Macedonia

Your Daily Tasks

Inbound Lead Engagement

  • Respond to inbound calls chats and website inquiries to engage and qualify leads

MQL Qualification

  • Assess marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) based on defined criteria
  • Convert qualified leads into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)

Discovery Call Booking

  • Book meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives
  • Use persuasive and customer-focused communication strategies

Lead Nurture and Re-Engagement

  • Reconnect with cold or dormant leads through outbound calls emails and chats
  • Follow approved playbooks and outreach cadences

CRM and Workflow Management

  • Update lead activity accurately in the CRM
  • Follow assigned workflows follow-up sequences and templates

Chat and Call Handling

  • Manage chats and inbound calls using AI-powered or scripted systems
  • Ensure timely accurate and engaging responses

Performance Reporting

  • Track and report on key activity metrics including response time contact rate discovery calls booked and conversion rates

What Success Looks Like

  • Fast average response time for all inbound chats and calls
  • High conversion rate from MQL to SQL
  • Strong volume of qualified discovery calls booked each week
  • Reactivation of cold or dormant leads through consistent outbound follow-up
  • High-quality CRM hygiene and adherence to workflows

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years of experience in a sales development inside sales or lead qualification role
  • Strong communication skills written verbal and via live chat
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) and sales automation workflows
  • Detail-oriented organized and accountable to KPIs
  • Motivated by results team success and continuous improvement
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with automation tools and scripts
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid team environment
