Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a good background in accounting principles and experience using Zoho Books for managing transactions generating reports and integrating with other business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting tasks and financial transactions using Zoho Books
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable journal entries and general ledger
Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
Generate and analyze financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow etc.) using Zoho Books
Handle GST TDS and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations
Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors consultants and internal teams during audits
Customize templates automate workflows and manage integrations within Zoho Books
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial records
Support payroll and inventory accounting processes as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
2 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year of Zoho Books experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
Proficiency in Zoho Books MS Excel and basic reporting tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating Zoho Books with Zoho Payroll Expense and Zoho People.
Certification in Zoho Books or any Zoho Finance application
