Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio TX. This role bridges our marketing and sales departments ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and lead generation activities are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is organized analytical and enthusiastic about driving brand success through collaboration and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials
Track campaign performance and generate reports for internal teams
Support the sales team with lead generation customer outreach and follow-ups
Maintain and update customer databases and sales documentation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in organizing marketing and sales events product launches and presentations
Communicate with vendors and partners to support campaign execution
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing sales coordination or administrative support role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
