We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Orlando FL. In this role you will support senior account managers in maintaining client relationships coordinating project deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and day-to-day communication
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver project components on time
Prepare reports presentations and updates for client meetings
Monitor project timelines and budgets under the guidance of senior staff
Conduct market research to support strategic recommendations
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
Attend internal and external meetings to support account management activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
02 years of experience in account management customer service or a related role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (preferred)
