You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Senior Director Learning & Development will lead the design implementation and optimization of programs that enhance employee capabilities across technical professional and leadership domains. This role will focus on developing a scalable innovative learning ecosystem that supports career growth while aligning with business goals.
Youll work closely with technical leaders people operations and project teams to identify development needs build learning pathways and deliver impactful training experiences in a fast-paced agile environment.
Strategic Learning Development
Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports technical and consulting excellence.
Conduct learning needs assessments across business units and build tailored learning roadmaps for key roles.
Program Management
Design deliver and manage onboarding technical training soft skills development and leadership programs.
Source vet and manage third-party training providers and certification programs.
Content & Delivery
Create or curate engaging learning content using a mix of formats (e-learning instructor-led virtual training on-the-job learning).
Build learning and development paths for critical roles.
Deliver instructor-led training and train-the-trainer programs for key topics such as new hire orientation manager training etc.
Oversee the use and administration of learning platforms (e.g. Udemy) and track learning progress and completion for key programs.
Measurement & Optimization
Track analyze and report on learning outcomes engagement and ROI.
Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and performance data.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with other learning and development leaders across the globe subject matter experts practice leads and project managers to ensure learning solutions address real-time business needs.
Promote a culture of learning by communicating development opportunities clearly and consistently across the organization.
Qualifications :
6-10 years of experience in learning and development preferably in a technology consulting company or professional services environment.
Proven ability to design launch and manage scalable training programs for technical and non-technical roles.
Able to lead engaging and motivating training sessions including train-the-trainer courses.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and digital learning platforms.
Experience working with IT certification programs and upskilling initiatives in areas such as AWS Pega Databricks Snowflake etc.
Excellent project management stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Education Instructional Design or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an IT consulting or professional services firm.
Certifications in instructional design learning technologies or related disciplines (e.g. CPTD ATD Kirkpatrick).
Additional Information :
The salary range for this position is $160000 - $180000
