Job Description

  • Review recommend report and implement programs to ensure that the project meets contractual obligations and compliance issues.

  • Review files and approve eligibility suitability and vouchers.

  • Drive enrollments and participation from team.

  • Analyze processes and procedures to optimize performance and productivity.

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable federal state and local laws regulations and policies related to welfare and workforce programs.

  • Coordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively. 

  • Define and set operational goals and directing/delegating staff responsibilities to meet and/or exceed these goals.

  • Facilitate meetings with partners to promote full and frequent communication.

  • Review staff performance and recommend corrective action as needed.

  • Attend committee meetings.

  • Understand all technical aspects of the operation.

  • Participate in development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in management organizational development project management business administration or similar field is required.

  • Knowledge of workforce development programs (Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and flexible team player with the ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

  • Strong leadership interpersonal human resource management and communication skills.

  • Experience organizing planning and developing program operations at a supervisory level.

  • Drivers license in good standing with valid automobile insurance.
