The Customer Trainer is responsible for designing developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of current and new customers product specialists sales team and agencies.
This role ensures that all team members are equipped with the technical knowledge sales techniques and all the insights needed to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with sales and product goals;
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing customers and sales team members;
- Collaborate with BA MKT team with product offer leaders and technical teams to create product-specific training modules. Implement training for new product launches and system updates across various platforms (in-person virtual and e-learning) Collaborate with product development teams to understand new features and integration requirements;
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps. Assess training needs across sales technical support and installation teams;
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training workshops webinars and coaching sessions;
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation including presentations manuals and e-learning modules;
- Stay informed about technology trends product updates and competitors activity;
- Lead a team of trainers. Coach and mentor internal trainers and subject matter experts.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Business Industrial Management or related field.
- Professional certification in training instructional design or sales preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the industrial/B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial product sales processes (e.g. machinery components tools etc.).
- Excellent communication presentation skills and ability to train diverse audiences
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- English skills are considered mandatory for the position.
