Job Description
RESPEC seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manage for our Colorado Springs CO location.

- Lead manage and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion ensuring alignment with project scope budget and timeline
- Collaborate closely with clients stakeholders and team members to define project objectives requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct in-depth engineering analyses feasibility studies and intricate design work for water and wastewater systems
- Prepare and review engineering reports plans specifications and other project deliverables to ensure the highest quality
- Navigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local state and federal regulations for projects
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Manage construction activities meticulously track project documentation and adeptly address any design modifications or issues that arise
- Stay ahead of industry trends technological advancements and best practices to continually enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications :
Required:
- A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Must be a Professional Licensed Engineering (PE) in CO or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10 years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for hydraulic modeling CAD design and project management.
Preferred:
- Strong comprehension of water treatment distribution wastewater collection and treatment processes
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey complex technical information
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams multitask effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Additional Information :
Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $110000 to $140000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
Part-time and full-time positions are available.
