Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies actively sourcing candidates pre-screening interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
• Responsible for developing recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
• Proactively direct source for talent through social media employee referrals competitive intelligence/research sourcing tools and other innovative channels
• Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
• Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) in a timely and accurate manner 
• Assist in organizing and delivering engaging activities for career fairs school visits and outreach events to promote the companys early careers programs and attract future talent.
• Coordinate with schools colleges and universities to schedule events maintain partnerships and support initiatives that inspire students to explore careers in the industry.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in an international company with a focus on Engineering or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
• Experience working with Workday/Smart Recruiters would be an asset
• Ability to work with business independently
• Strong written verbal communication and presentation skills
