Job Description
Le attivit di cui la risorsa si occuper sono:
Accoglienza clienti dallarrivo alla partenza
Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno le formalit e i servizi dellhotel
Anticipa i bisogni del cliente e gestisce eventuali obiezioni e/o osservazioni presentando una soluzione nel minor tempo possibile
Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti
Gestione del centralino
Gestione della cassa
The activities the resource will take care of are: Customer reception from arrival to departure Informs the customer about the conditions of stay formalities and services of the hotel Anticipates the customers needs and manages any objections and/or observations by presenting a solution in the shortest time possible Transmits necessary information to other departments Switchboard management Cash management
Qualifications :
Diploma/laurea
Italiano e Inglese fluenti gradita la conoscenza di portoghese o spagnolo
Esperienza anche breve nel ruolo maturata nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizio (hotels 4/5* Relais & Chateaux)
Orientamento al cliente comunicazione flessibilit e team working
Diploma/degree Fluent Italian and English knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is appreciated At least three years experience gained in the role in hotel contexts with high standards of service (4/5* hotels Relais & Chateaux) Customer orientation communication flexibility and team working

Contratto a tempo determinato da subito a novembre 2025 con possibilit di conferma per la stagione successiva
CCNL Turismo. Linquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e allesperienza
