The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
- We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a good experience of hiring for FMCG or Life Science Industries with good stakeholder management skills.
- Location: - Kalyani Mangnum Block 2 Bangalore
- Work Mode: - Hybrid (3 to 2 days in a week from client office)
- Requirement: - Prior Experience in handling recruitment of FMCG or Life Science industry along with experience in handling Volume Hiring is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to determine position specifications and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using various methods including applicant tracking systems resume databases social media and networking sites.
- Conduct thorough phone interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements team fit and cultural alignment.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting candidate screening interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing campaigns to build and engage talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously analyze market trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the client delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of five or more years results-oriented recruiting experience working in FMCG or Life Science Industries
- Experience in handling Volume Hiring
Exposure:
- Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
- Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
- Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.
- Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
