Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to Maintain & Evolve one of the largests city councils cloud hosting platform which hosts 1000 PHP deployments.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in cloud platforms infrastructure as code and DevOps practices. This role requires strong collaboration with security development and operations teams to drive cloud adoption and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud solutions that are secure scalable and cost-effective.
Lead the migration of existing applications to the cloud.
Define cloud standards patterns and best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform ansible or saltstack.
- Automation & Scripting Automate repetitive tasks using bash python AWS queues or lambda functions.
Evaluate and recommend new cloud tools and services.
Ensure cloud environments meet compliance governance and security requirements.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance availability and costs.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of exeprience.
Bilingual (Catalan & Spanish).
Advanced level of English.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Cloud Git Linux Platform.
High skilled in Python.
