Freelance Mid-Senior Designer
Location: Remote (Brazil)
Team: Craft Studio
Level: Mid-Senior
Reports to: Design Director
About the Role
Pereira ODell is seeking a freelance Mid-Senior Designer to join our award-winning creative team. This role requires a highly skilled independent and detail-obsessed designer who thrives in a fast-paced high-standard agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling story-driven presentations for clients and new business pitches using Google Slides and PowerPoint including creation of master templates.
- Develop and maintain visual design systems for ongoing campaigns particularly across social media platforms.
- Create master assets for display banners ensuring high visual quality and brand consistency.
- Execute precise resizing and adaptation of assets for display social and OOH formats ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual cohesiveness across formats.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in Graphic or Visual Design preferably within an advertising agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms and formats (social digital presentations OOH).
- Deep understanding of typography hierarchy layout systems and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
- Experience with AI tools like Adobe Firefly Sora ChatGPT and MidJourney.
- Expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint including building master templates.
- Fluent awareness of design trends aesthetic standards and emerging creative tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Highly organized proactive and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a US-based creative team.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English.
Compensation is R$8.000 - R10.000/month (Brazilian Real).
