Join our dynamic recruitment team in Brisbane Australia and play a pivotal role in Join us in bringing maintain the Travel Nurse Candidate database in line with Healthcare Australias client needs code of conduct and procedures. Ensuring the efficient and successful recruitment of quality staff to convert client demand to filled contracts. Working collaboratively with others to develop initiatives and processes that ensure appropriate use of staff resources and the successful delivery of initiatives while ensuring the candidate has the best recruitment experience.
What Youll Do
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline
- Screen interview and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey
- Manage onboarding compliance reference checks & documentation
- Collaborate with consultants and admin teams to fill client needs quickly
- Keep systems up-to-date and contribute to recruitment process improvements

- Recruitment or resourcing experience (healthcare a bonus!)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Sales mindset and team-player attitude
