Job Description
- Highly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates Commercial Management Variation & Claims Management Monitoring Project Budgets
- Develop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
- Prepare cost reports and estimate packages and regularly present to stakeholders.
- Provide commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
- Delivering quality work and positioning for new opportunities
- Work proactively with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage juniors in the team
Qualifications :
- With Defence clearance or Australian Citizen as minimum
- Quantity Surveying or related degree
- >5 years experience
- AIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential.
- Experience in CostX is preferred.
