Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Ericeira Portugal. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for driving revenue growth cultivating strong client relationships and representing our company with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Sales certifications (e.g. Certified Sales Professional) are a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and business landscape in Portugal
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
