- You are responsible for the warehouse maturity assessment process. Within this process you ensure the acuality and the development of the lean elements and methods within the lean toolbox for warehousing in GS operated warehouses. You support the global roll-out in GS and a potential implementation of the lean toolbox in none GS operated warehouses
- Furthermore you ensure that the local GS organizations know the toolbox and are empowered to use the tools
- You define the annual warehouse maturity targets together with the regional responsibles and are globally reporting the target achievement for lean maturity and present the results in the Service Management Team Warehousing
- You overlook the global GS processes (level 2 & 3) and ensure the up-to-date process landscape.
- You ensure the usage of a global standard for the evaluation and assignment of the competences within GS operated warehouses. You know about the required competences and create based on that a suitable training concept. Best practise sharing is part of your daily work
- You become part of the global Quality Team and you are responsible for the steering of worldwide operative quality processes e.g. quality block process
- You track and report global Standard Performance KPIs and ensure the regular validation of actuality and definition
- You prepare and provide the data in a structured way for the regular performance reviews with our internal customers / GBs / business partners
Qualifications :
- Personality: strong communication skills curious flexible enthusiastic
- Attitude: strong service-mindset ability for problem solving willingness for cooperation team player
- Experience & Know-How: physical Logistics processes in warehousing lean management with focus on warehouse processes quality management project management process descriptions moderation
- Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or similar
- Languages: very good in English German advantageous
