Job Description

KOSTAL is currently professionalizing its international HR function especially by digitalizing processes and strategically implementing IT support tools.

As a Senior HCM Transformation Specialist you will lead the evolution of KOSTALs global Human Capital Management systems and play a key role in shaping the future of our employee experience. Joining a dynamic international team you will support the digital transformation of global HR operationsaligning HCM technologies with business strategy to create efficient compliant and people-centric solutions.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic bridge between HR and IT to deliver optimize and support global HCM platforms (e.g. SAP HCM).
  • Lead digitalization efforts for end-to-end HR processes such as Core HR Payroll Time Management Organizational Management and Talent Management.
  • Configure systems manage data workflows and oversee integrations to ensure operational accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Drive global HCM projects including system rollouts upgrades data migrations testing and go-lives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to solve problems innovate processes and ensure exceptional system usability.
  • Ensure data integrity and support HR analytics reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Champion change management user training and process documentation to maximize adaption of digital HR solutions.

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Informatics Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • 35 years of experience in HCM system administration or HRIS project roles in a global or complex organization.
  • Expertise in SAP HCM or comparable platforms (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors).
  • Solid understanding of global HR processes and HCM system architecture.
  • Skilled in configuration interface integration and process automation.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is an advantage.
